🎣 Ninja 250 Carburetor Problems

Carburetor hoses problem Hey guys I’m extremely new to motorcycles, and I have no clue what this hose on top of the carburetor is meant to be connected to. A bit of backstory, I bought a 2011 Kawasaki ninja 250r from someone who buys bikes from auctions. Title: 2012 NINJA® 250R This problem causes issues on the road at stop signs, as I have to constantly feather the throttle to keep it from dieing. So far I have checked the plugs, which are clean; changed the oil, took the carbs apart - sprayed carb cleaner down all the passageways, the jets were spotless but soaked them anyways, I also used compressed air to blow out Sorry for not explaining the issue very clearly, as I said I'm extremely new to this kind of stuff, and didn't know what level of detail needed to be provided, so here's a restatement of the problem in more detail. 1992 Ninja 250 with 4000 miles on it. The bike sat for about 3 or 4 years, was ridden for maybe a month, then sat for at least 2004 Kawasaki ninja 250 HELP! I bought this little 250 to get around on post tried to start it wouldn't start. Pulled off carb cleaned out really well replaced pilot jets spring washer and o ring reassembled got to start but cant take choke off.. figured out if i block the air filter with a rag it'll idle fairly well.. Made from precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and knurled for easy grip and laser-etched for accurate adjusting. All suggestions are welcome and appreciated :) I am completely bamboozled at this point lol It has trouble starting and once it gets started it idles at about 1000rpm (lowkey almost dies) instead of 2000rpm like it used to. Naturally, this could be something different like a spark issue, but most likely it's the carb. To test this, shoot a tiny bit of carb cleaner or starter fluid into the intakes, and try to crank it. If it starts and stalls, you've got spark but no fuel. If it still doesn't start, you may have a spark issue. Clean the element in a well-ventilated area, and make sure that there are no sparks or flame any­where near the working area. Because of the danger of highly flammable liquids, do not use gasoline or a low-flash point solvent to clean the element. Clean the element [A] in a bath of high-flash point solvent, •. With engine idling, turn accelerator adjustment screw clockwise until it lightly seats. Snap throttle open—engine should stumble. Turn screw counter-clockwise ¼ or ½ of a turn at a time, until engine responds to throttle twist with smooth, quick response.
